The UVANTA Pharmacy – La Crosse opened our doors in November, 2008. We are owned by Pharmacist in Charge Kenji Hamamoto, Jeff Van Straten and Adam Teresinski. At UVANTA Pharmacy - La Crosse, we are committed to providing superior customer care to ensure that we are the pharmacy of choice for you and your residents. Led by Kenji and his over 26 years in pharmacy practice, our staff has experience in hospital, retail and long term care pharmacy service, making us uniquely suited to recognize and fill your facility and resident needs.

At UVANTA Pharmacy – La Crosse we go above and beyond the traditional LTC pharmacy service model. We offer local med exchange, reducing waste and managing costs. Our pharmacy technicians are all certified, ensuring proficiency of service. Kenji is not just the Pharmacist in Charge; as an owner he is fully accountable to our clients, their residents and our staff Any concerns are handled immediately and effectively, giving you peace of mind that you have made the right choice entrusting us with your LTC needs. UVANTA Pharmacy – La Crosse is also an active member of the Coulee Region Pharmaceutical Association.

Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 9 AM thru 5:30 PM; Saturday 8 AM - 12 PM, with on call service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
